What is your onboarding process for new clients?

The onboarding process for new clients is as follows:

  1. Send a follow-up email discussing the consultation so both parties have a copy of the agreed-to information.
  2. Prepare a detailed proposal showing the requested information and email it to the prospective client.
  3. Send a copy of the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) for the client to sign electronically.
  4. Once the client approves the proposal, convert it to an invoice and send it via email for the deposit payment (see Billing & Payment FAQ for more details on the types of payment clients can make).
  5. Send the Welcome Packet and Client Questionnaire and schedule the complementary 45-minute Kickoff Meeting to discuss final project details.
You mentioned a client questionnaire. What kinds of information should I expect to find?

Atwood LLC sends an electronic questionnaire to fill in the details of the client’s communication preferences, alternative contact information, and other supplemental information needed to complete the project.

Does Atwood LLC offer member pages? If so, what information can I find there?

Yes. Authors are appointed pages once they complete the login page.

The information member can find on their page include:

  • Paid invoices.
  • A signed copy of the ICA.
  • A list of primary and secondary uploaded files.
  • Access to an upload form for client documentation and supplementary information.
  • Exclusive content not found elsewhere.
